These are connected to vertical timber columns
or sidewall posts.

 As with the siding, the most common roof cladding for our post-frame buildings is pre-painted Wheeling Century drain roofing steel. The foundation system of a post-frame building is unique. The poles can be buried in the ground eliminating the need for a footer.
